The annual Andrea Kearney Fund dinner at the Radisson Hotel in Glasgow on Sunday 1 November, 2009 raised over £10,000.  Guests enjoyed a tremendous evening of entertainment from Joyce Falconer, Lou Hickey, James Grant, Lorraine McIntosh & Ricky Ross. Speaking after the event Peter Kearney said; "I am amazed at the generosity of all those involved and delighted that in a year when other charities are cancelling functions our fund has managed to hold such a successful event.”
